Kelly Poole, Senior Consultant

  

Kelly Poole has more than 17 years in Project Management and IT Consulting experience at some of the industry leading organizations. His focus is understanding the business requirements to deliver a sustainable and future-focused solution. 


In 2003, he joined Kaiser Permanente where he supported one of the first US health care systems to migrate from a segmented legacy medical record system to a single electronic medical record using Epic. He also managed over 40 IT infrastructure projects to create redundant network connectivity and implement an organization-wide wireless network. As a consultant, he gathered organizational requirements and managed vendor selection to implement the organization’s first secure internal HIPAA compliant messaging system for a network of over 3000 medical professionals. He also consulted over 30 medical sub-specialties on software integration and process workflow improvement.


Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Kelly worked for Boeing where he consulted on the process improvement of their legacy computer operations workflow leading to one of the first cloud-based systems in the organization.


Before joining Boeing, he was with Walmart and consulted on the implementation of a warehouse asset tracking and package routing system.

Alex Carney, Technology Architect

Alex Carney has more than 15 years of experience in creating and managing databases for anything from small family setups to organizations with 60,000+ employees.  A graduate of Gonzaga University with degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance, Alex strives to tailor the power and convenience of technology to the individual needs of each of his clients.  The main goals of these systems are to solve any workflow issues, erase any data redundancy, provide a detailed picture of each aspect of the business, and make it easy for the customer to use.


Alex has worked for the Budget Management Branch in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for over 5 years being a part of the team that created, advanced, and manages the systems that provide the information and tools to allow analysts to enter and modify information used directly in the published California Governor’s Budget and the Salaries and Wages Supplement of the Budget.
